Our story

Addiction Rehab America was founded by two people who experienced addiction from very different sides, but who shared the same frustration with the system meant to help people recover.
Lived through it
One co-founder lived through addiction personally, experiencing the confusion, isolation and challenges of trying to find help while navigating recovery.
Loved someone through it
The other witnessed the impact addiction has on families, relationships and loved ones, and how hard it is to find trustworthy information and meaningful support in a crisis.
Saw the same gap
Together, they saw how overwhelming the treatment landscape feels for someone already fighting one of the hardest battles of their life.

But our mark is not a knot being cut apart. It is being untied.
The three looping paths represent the people connected through every recovery journey: the person struggling with addiction, the people who love them, and the support systems that guide recovery forward.
Look closer and the same line spells our name. Its stem, arch, crossbar and leg form an A. Follow the arch around its lower curve instead and it becomes an R. One continuous path carrying the A and R of ARA.
